Toot's has pretty much anything and everything for candy, cookie, cake making, and packaging your homemade treats. If she doesn't have it in stock, she'll order it for you. Staff is full of helpful tips, eager to answer your questions and even offered money saving options for the items on your shopping list. The products are top quality, and offered at very competitive prices. Toot's is 90 miles each way for me, but well worth the drive. I can't wait to get back there this weekend, with a whole new shopping list.
