Review content:
The club makes an obvious effort to be cool, and it sort of is. It's a small space, but they somehow cram a lot of gym in there. Full free weight setup, although I was all alone and in someone’s way when I was using them. The facility is setup for "new school" exercises, it's got a sand pit and hanging gymnastics rings, etc. When I look around the trainers also have all their clients doing plyometrics and balance drills for core strength - which are all the fad right now. The spin class was sub par. The instructor was very late, but apparently he's some famous cyclist. The class was called "Riding with Kenny". Kenny needs a watch. The Men's locker room was small, but included a sauna and good size showers. The staff seemed exceptionally nice. Everyone that works there smiles and says hello as if they are trained to do so, which made me feel right at home in my lycra.
