""I WILL KNOCK YOUR FUC*ING HEAD OFF"" - JAKE the DRIVER/SUPERVISOR\r \r I would give minus 5 starts if I could. AAA sent these crooks to me, and I have already terminated my AAA after this experience. After 1 hour 15 minutes I called AAA back, where they told me that JAKE (Jim's Northgate Towing Driver) had registered as ON SITE 15 minutes prior. Obviously he was not there because I was there. After AAA called JAKE, he told them he was 2 minutes away. After 20 more minutes I called AAA back where Jake said he was 5 minutes away. After 15 more minutes I called AAA, but then I seen JAKE coming. Jake drove past me and then came back. His first words for NOT sorry for being so late, or even hello, it was ""You should have waved me down!"" Excuse me but there is ONLY 1 white truck on the side of the road in the middle of nowhere. When I told JAKE that it is his job to find me and that he was very late, and he lied to AAA a few times, he became IRATE, telling me that he is a supervisor and I can't talk to him that way. I continued to voice my unhappiness so JAKE RIPPED HIS SEAT BELT OFF, THREW OPEN HIS DOOR, WHICH HIT ME, JUMPED DOWN AND INTO MY FACE AND TOLD ME ""I WILL KNOCK YOUR FUC*ING HEAD OFF."" I told JAKE hat his services were no longer needed and to leave or I would call the police. After several more curse words and insults from JAKE the SUPERVISOR, he decided to get in his truck and drive away, then to return a few minutes later to park next to my truck, and watch me for the next 15 minutes. I called Jim's Northgate Towing, and after telling them what happened, I only got a thank you for calling?.No sorry, nothing.\r \r I will be filing a police report with the local authorities, file a complaint with AAA, file a complaint with BBB, and I will contact an attorney over this. Pictures of the marks/bruise from his door on my chest/shoulder area (perfect match with the bottom corner of his truck door), along with a full voice recording of the entire exchange on my iPhone, hopefully will get the owners attention and possibly this will not happen to another stranded person in need of help.\r \r BEWARE OF THESE DANGEROUS PEOPLE. THIS COULD HAVE BEEN YOU, YOUR GRANDMOTHER, MOTHER, SISTER, DAUGHTER, or any family member or friend.
