MAC flooring did an awesome and beautiful job! In the middle of our living room, we had a 3 x 3-foot pillar. When we removed the pillar, we discovered the flooring did not continue underneath. The surrounding flooring was an engineered hardwood, from Hallmark Floors, installed by the previous owner about four years ago. I contacted MAC flooring and Kristin replied promptly and professionally. I received several helpful e-mailed reminders about the upcoming repair. When the day came, the professional and polite installer, Jose, suggested that in order for him to do the best job, I needed more material. I misjudged the material needed. I contacted Kristin and she quickly found more material, I picked it up from the distributor and the repair was completed the same day. The cost was reasonable and similar to other quotes. I would recommend MAC flooring to my friends and would use them again without any hesitation.
