Daniel was possibly the best plumber I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Our pipes are decades old and grimy to say the least, so when we called in for a simple declog, the situation turned sour because our pipes were too rusty and not angled correctly for his equipment to work. At first we were having no luck with getting the rooter down the pipe and were considering cutting the pipe to replace the line, which would thus incur major expenses. Once we realized we had few options left, we were about to just settle with leaving the pipe as is, and make due since we did not have the funds to pay for the necessary work, an unforeseen expense. Upon telling Daniel this, he made it clear he was not happy with leaving us in such a state so he buckled down and continued to try all he could do before having to leave. He attempted many more times before the rooter miraculously went through and we were able to clear the clot! He pieced it back together and we tested the flow once more, relieved when we saw the water flowing smoothly through. If it had not been for Daniels hard work and commitment to customer satisfaction, we would have been left sink less and in a very unfortunate state. Definitely one of the best experiences I've had, turning a sticky situation into a fulfilling and educating one! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone else who needs such aid. Thanks again!
