My husband and I have been living in Berkshire Park for exactly one year and are happy with both the house and the neighborhood. Our corner lot is subjected to a lot of wind and we have been pleased that the shingles have held tightly to the roof and the siding has never buckled or blown off. Rhett was easy to work with and was always polite, responsive and professional. We were especially pleased with the personnel in charge of kitchen and flooring at Claridge. We are looking forward to many years in Berkshire Park.
