They don't do what they say they are going to do!! They said they will repair the seats (if I got it) which I did and still two months later the "guy" is on vacation.... Then they haven't talked to him..... Then I got oh I wasn't aware of this. Then on my trade in I needed my snow tires back and switched with the originals and they said ok. Then they sell my trade in to tommys and I have to contact tommys and get my snow tires back!!! Let alone when I called
Chrysler they said they talked to tommys, yet when I called tommys they said they were not aware of this! Lucky for me I got them back(I still owed on them) but if it wasn't for me contacting the other dealership I wouldn't of gotten them back :/ .. Never never will go I through them again!!!! Very disappointed! I also brought my truck back for smoking front driver side breaks!! They looked it over said all is fine! Bring it back a week later smoking to all hell. They said I had a stuck caliper and will need new everything for the driver side from breaks!! Over 600 bucks!! Get this they said everything was fine a week before.when clearly it was not!!!
Just my experience with them!! My sales guy was nice but the rest not pleasant!!!
