Review content:
Went for a detail clean on my Honda Pilot. Had a Living Social voucher for an exterior clean (cost $90 for $140 service) and I added a $250 interior detail. Do the math: that's a $400 service package.
The exterior was ridiculously bad, on par with a $20 machine wash and wipe down. How can you call it a Signature DETAIL Wash if there is no attention to detail??? A wash, quick wax and a swipe over the tires with some ArmorAll is NOT worth $140 or even $90.
The windshield had dirt still caked on the lower casing and bits of twig and straw still wedged into the bracket that came out easily with a finger nail. The rest of the windows showed similar slipshod attention.
On the interior, there was the same piss poor work, with many harder to reach areas completely neglected. The only part that impressed me was the deodorizer work on the leather.
And this was the "redo" result. I complained about the first inspection and they kept in for a few more hours to try and get it right. After two trips to Bellevue, I was done with these idiots.
