Walked in at 7am for an oil change and drove away at 7:25! They honered a screen shot coupon that was on my phone no questions asked and gave me a realistic opinion on what repairs were dire on my gfs 13 year old honda( that hasnt been properly maintained). In my past experiences elsewhere i would have recieved scare tactics to fix said worn items where in this case i was pointed towards the problem areas i should think about and the ones that werent so damning due to her yearly mileage and driving routine.
