Rich Jackson is AWESOME!! As a first time Toyota buyer (Honda & Acura girl until now) who was getting very disheartened by the negative (attempted) buying experience over the last year, I walked out of this dealership with a new Rav4 and a huge smile on my face. Talking to Richard was like talking to a friend, not a sales person. He didn't just dive into pricing and pushing their inventory. He listened to what we wanted and he went to work making it happen. Every other Toyota dealership from Sarasota up tried to push what was on their lot on me and kept telling me that I was going to have to bend on color or accessories or the tech package. Not Richard! He didn't stop until I had the vehicle I wanted and my parents had the two cars they wanted. As a business owner, I was especially impressed when he shared how much this dealership gives back to the community starting with the owner on down. I am very big on local community involvement so it's awesome to hear they are making a difference at home. I truly can't say enough positive things about Wesley Chapel Toyota and about Richard Jackson. Ask for him... you won't regret it!
