This had been my first experience with Motivated Movers. I had hired another crew for my move, but there had been an issue with them so I called Motivated Movers. They were able to help me move the same day I called. They helped move my entire household. I did all the packing and unpacking, they just transported the items. During the move the crew was very courteous. They seemed like they were doing well and were careful with my items, but when I unpacked there were a lot of nicks and scrapes on my furniture. Motivated Movers charges by the hour and the size of the crew. I have moved several times before, and the process was a lot quicker with a much smaller crew than the one I had used with Motivated Movers. The movers had been professional, but I have had better moving experiences.
