The passenger side of my van was broken out. I made the appt to fix the window with Safelite and I asked if a rockchip could be repaired at the same time. They of course said YES?. When the man came to fix the window he said ?well I wish they would have told me you had a chip, I don?t have the repair kit to fix that? So I said just fix the window and I?ll worry about the rest later?.\r \r The following Sunday the window fell off the track. At this time my husband told me that the service man had to glue the things holding the door on since one broke. Why did they not have the parts to put the door on when they knew they would have to take the door off I don?t know. I called Safelite customer service who told me that he would make an appt for Monday from 3:30 to 5pm. I again asked for the rock chip to be repaired since Safelite was coming back out. I called Monday to confirm the appt and called back once I had received an email stating the repairman would be there between 12-5. I confirmed from 3:30 to 5 and the rockchip repair.\r \r Well the service man showed up at 2pm, when I was not home, and ?repaired? the window. In doing so he BROKE the switch. AND THEY STILL DID NOT FIX THE ROCK CHIP. So I called again and was transferred to their ?Executive Customer Service? in Reno. They told me there was nothing they could do to get someone out to my house since it was now 3:30 and they had no one available. I again asked that since they were coming out to fix the rock chip. Safelite then said it had to go back through insurance. Oh my god. Whatever. So we are again having someone come today between 3:30 and 5pm? I hope?. And they are again going to fix the window that they have now broken twice?. And maybe fix the rock chip that should have been fixed two visits ago. I asked for a manager to call me and I?m still waiting. Surprise this company does not know the meaning of Customer Service.\r \r I wish I could give zero stars
