Brandon and Ryan from Fast Water Heater Company came out to replace my water heater. Brandon asked excellent questions and determined that there was likely not a need to replace my water heater as it was still relatively new and the source of the leak was likely a defective valve instead of a failed water heater. He thoroughly explained what needed to be done to be up to code and to resolve my situation. After he explained my various options, I decided to repair my water heater instead of replace it. I love the fact that he spent the time to explain how a water heater works and gave me detailed options. He could have just replaced the water heater as I had requested. Instead, he repaired it saving me more than I paid (replacement would have been around $1600; the repair cost $805.) They left the area (considerably) cleaner than they found it. They cleaned behind my washer and dryer in addition to the area around the water heater - areas not easily reachable. Thank you!!!
I have seen the Fast Water Heater trucks in my area for years. Now I am a loyal customer. They are the only company I will use for water heater issues. Plus, I am now a walking, talking advertisement for them! Nicely done!!! Thank you for the EXCELLENT customer service.
