Kudos to the whole team. Customer Service told me what to look for and how to fix it. When I realized the furnance had moved beyond a "fix", Jim came out and made several suggestions for replacements. He explained all the terms I needed to understand what I had and what the replacement would do. The installation team of JD and Sean did a great job, cleaned up everything and explained everything I would need. Good Team. Thanks Guys.
