I have to take a moment to recognize one of your most valuable employees, EVER! More than a few years ago one of my neighbors highly recommended Western Exterminators, (but I was already happy with my current hire). My neighbor continued insisting that i just try Western exterminators because there was a "certain employee" that made all the difference. A few times when I saw my neighbors home being servived, I waived-hello, and was acknowledged. Occasionally I noticed him work and was impressed how he interacted with his clients. So, I thought what the heck, let's try him. That's when we met the one and only, "Mr. Carlos"! Okay, you know how most of the time after someone has been around for awhile, they become too comfortable or lazy, or cut corners; well not Mr. Carlos. He continues to service our home and makes me feel like he genuinely is invested in my comfort, concerns, and/or safety. He is respectful, and unbelievably knowledgeable about his job, plus more. For example, I can show him a spider and he is almost 100% always able to describe in detail everything from what kind it is, if it's poisonous, seasonal, what it feeds on, if any preventives, or how to get ride of it (lol). If he makes a promise, he follows Thru. Mr. Carlos is trustworthy and honest. They are a pest control business, and it's a great service. And, honestly, the only reason I stay with Western Exterminators is because of Mr. Carlos! So, I have to add, Western Exterminator has shown me through Mr. Carlos, that they too take pride in their employees! Thank you All *
