I can't recommend them more highly! Went home for lunch, parked in garage, ate, time to go back to work at 1:30. Garage door wouldn't open, car stuck in garage. Fortunately I work close, so a coworker picked me up to finish my day. Forseeing problems for a few daus with a car stuck in the garage, called Hubby to tell him about the problem. He called POGD, a who had installed our new door in 200, about 3:00. They said they could be there between 4:00 and 4:30 that very afternoon. Had the problem fixed, springs replaced, which were under warranty and by 5:00 that same afternoon I had a working garage door again! Reese was very professional in his job, replaced the broken spring, lubed the door, tightened hardware and balance the door while he was there.
