Mr Pierce was very informative with the type of service he was providing and also was very positive that he will take care of the problem. Now, just hearing him say don't worry actually just put my mind at ease. He explained everything as far as what he was doing and also provided some pointers on what to do and not do. He also explained before starting any work that if he cannot fix the problem he will not charge me. Thank you Stetson for making our sunday better again.
