Miguel has come to our house twice to use a camera in the drains and diagnose the problem as well as make recommendations on what to do. He was very professional both times, but this time in particular he was especially caring about having to recommend more repair work when I am still paying for the first repair. He offered a discount if we were willing to allow a nearby crew to come over the next day to get to the root (literally) of the problem, then get the repair work done. The job was so well and respectfully done that we had to look twice to find evidence that anything had been done. Miguel was professional, kind and compassionate and I would highly recommend him to anyone needing his expertise.
