This business replaced our roof last summer. During the replacement they put on gutter filters to keep leaves out of the gutters. These gutter filters did not work from day 1; they caused the gutters to leak along their entire length. We requested immediately that the filters be removed. I called the owner numerous times. Out of all the calls placed, the owner only answered the phone twice. Each time he said he would come out the next day and remove the filters. He never did. On all other calls, a message was left. I got not a single response to any messages. Finally, the only way I got the owner to respond was to put in a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. After the complaint, he came out and removed 1/2 the gutter filters. In fairness, this was a misunderstanding. We wanted all the filters removed, he thought we only wanted the ones on the backside of the house removed. We called him immediately. He said he would come the next day. He never did and that was well over a month ago.
I would seriously recommend that anyone considering this business reconsider. The business owner was very quick to come out and perform the work but since that time he has not honored his warranty.
