Review content:
Alaskan Home Services replaced two air conditioning units for us. The project turned out well, other than one unit being a little bit oversized for the enclosure. There were four installers, and they were all very good and very knowledgeable. We were really pleased with them; they were very good about explaining the functions of the thermostats we had installed. Their prices seemed reasonable and comparable. Given the efficiency of the units we purchased, I think we got a good deal. Both of the units were energy-efficient. The technicians showed up on time and completed the project on time. We had a problem with one of the thermostats and we had questions about one of the units firing on high, so we called them and they were here to fix it the following day. They were very accommodating and they tried their best to answer all our questions. We were satisfied with the great quality of the products and service.
