I called Septic Blue because of their advertisement on their webpage of $149 for a 1000g septic tank pump. When he got to my house just emmedietly after I showed him the whole where the lid was he said I am going to have to charge you more because the tank is old. I was confused as to why? Since no other company had ever told me that, other have emptied the tank with no problem and I have not had any complications. He then said he would have to dig another whole, which we were told on the day we called was included in the $149, he charged me 247 just to digg a whole which was unnecessary since I showed him where it was! Also, before that I kept insisting he use the whole but threatened to leave! (I currently have 6 people living in my home, 3 of which are elderly! So I needed my septic emptied) at the end he did what every other company has done for the past 10 years I have lived there and ended charging me $621.47!!! Included in there, he charged me $78 for who knows what, $120 for overflowing which my tank was not since there was no backlashes in my home, $149 for the pumping, 247 for digging, and a few of $30! WHAT HAPPEN TO NO HIDDEN FEES?!?! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR COSTUMERS JUST THE MONEY THEY CAN GET OUT OF YOU! THEY WILL LIE AND SCAM YOU!
