I had one pleasant service call before I signed on with their maintenance plan. The last visit, I was highly pressured into replacing my ENTIRE HVAC at a cost of $6000. I live in an 1100 square foot condo which is 13 years old. My parents lived in a 3000 square foot house and had their 39 year old HVAC replaced for $5500. When I said no the scare tactics started. (You have to sign this form saying you said no so we're not liable, etc.). I don't know if this is the company's tactics or if it's just this one guy, but I'm not happy and I intend to discontinue this service asap.
