In May 2014 A pipe in one of my baseboard heaters in an upstairs bedroom burst. i was at work when this occurred when I received the call. By the time I was able to get the water shut off I had incurred a great deal of water damage. Not sure of what to do after calling my insurance company. I started to contact water remediation and cleanup companies. Typically when hiring a contractor for a job I will seek out 3 or four companies before making a decision. Well there were bigger companies that I had heard of before and one company closer to me but I chose Regal Restoration. I chose Regal first and foremost because the listened to me. Anybody going through as a disastrous event with all the water damage realizes how stressful a time it can be. While some of the companies seemed to wanted to rush me into a decision I had questions and wanted to be sure of who I was going to work with. From the start Regal was professional and courteous. They listened and kept me informed. They were prompt and even helped me with my insurance company who overlooked some of the initial damage. The entire process took about a week and half and I couldn't be more than happy with my choice of Regal Restoration. They took a bad and stressful situation for me and my family and helped us get through it. I spoke with the owner ****** and I can now see why his staff is the way it is. While I don't wish what happened to me on anyone. If you are ever in the need of a water remediation company. I would recommend Regal Restoration.
