I had been to many dealerships over the last 4 months in search for a car for my mother. She test drove many vehicles to find the one that best suited her needs and I was pleasantly surprised that she found her car a Tower. I had not seen my mother that excited about a car until she test drove the car she purchased at Tower. Richard Plummer said to her, ""I believe the person dosen't find the car, the car finds the person"". Well I think Richard was right, it was great to have that kind of encouragement in making an important financial decision. My mother was very impressed by her experience when she picked up her car, she said Richard was very patient with her and explained the many new features this car had to offer. He also invited her back if she had any additional questions or concerns. Thank you for making this a purchase an enjoyable experience for us.
