Walked into Wesley Chapel Toyota this past Saturday morning (early) with the intention of just looking at and evaluating the Tundra. This was the third dealership I was visiting but not the last in determining which full size truck was the best fit for me. When we drove up on the lot it was clear the salesman that approached us was only going to introduce himself and not hover over me until I pleaded for mercy. I told Michael Grega all of my criteria and he asked if I wanted him to show me what he had available on the lot. As we worked through the details I was pleasantly surprised to finally meet a salesman that was knowledgeable on all aspects of the model from the trim levels to the power train to the options. We were in a time crunch as we needed to be in another city for a lunch appointment in two hours so we only had 30 minutes left after looking at the vehicle. Mike said he would be very aggressive on the deal and asked if we would consider doing the deal now. We did and the rest is history. In less than 20 minutes we had a deal, no headache just a great experience.
