Very thorough! I showed up looking to get out of my current Camry lease and into a new lease on the Tacoma. Harry was new but was a wonderful salesman and did a very thorough job of discussing the features and benefits of the Tacoma that we took for a test drive. Afterwards we went inside and he showed us around the dealership. Then we sat down to do numbers and make a deal. When Harry first brought out the numbers, they were a far cry from the $229 down and $229 per month that I saw on the commercial. When I asked why, he tried to explain it to me but I didn't understand. His manager Hugh came out and did an amazing job of explaining everything and we ended up making a deal. My wife and I left knowing that we weren't taken advantage of and that we received the best deal possible. Harry and Hugh and everyone down at Wesley Chapel Toyota are great, and I will return there in a heartbeat!!
