I recently purchased a new vehicle from Wesley Chapel Toyota for my daily commute. A friend connected me with Michael Grega from the Sales Team. He was friendly, polite, patient, knowledgeable, and even went the proverbial extra mile to help my wife and I complete the car buying process conveniently. Other dealerships have pressured me to try to get a quick commitment and even attempted to trick me to sign a contract before we negotiated a price or decided what we truly wanted. My experience with Michael Grega and the Wesley Chapel Toyota staff was extremely comfortable and pressure-free. Michael allowed us to take our time and spent a few hours with us over two separate visits. If he didn't know the answer to one of my questions he was honest, which I was grateful for; then if it was important to me, he found out the answer. He also was even willing to drive 45 minutes to our house after work to help us finalize paperwork. I have never had a better experience with a salesman of any type, let alone at an automotive dealership.
