Really poor service department; don't let the "awards" they have up fool you. I purchased a nissan pickup truck with 40,000 miles on it from these guys a while back; since it was used, I also bought one of their so-called "warranties". Man, I can't believe how many problems I had with that truck. Not long after I bought it, a headgasket blew. Since no other auto repair place would honor the warranty, i brought it back to the service dept. at the dealership. They told me nothing was wrong with it. The problem continued to worsen, and the car developed a number of other problems over the next several weeks; the engine kept overheating, and the timing chain started loosinging up as well. I kept bringing it back in over the next month or so; the service dept kept telling me nothing was wrong with it.
