My experience with Tramcar Transmission Specialists was really good. I needed to have my transmission rebuilt, and this was my first experience with them. Hopefully I won't have to rebuild my transmission again, but if I need to this is where I'm going. Their mechanics are professional, approachable, and relatable. They are conscientious and thoughtful people who do darn good work. What I really liked was their communication. They are very communicative. I was even able to reach them on a Sunday night. They did more than explain their work. They were willing and able to send pictures and videos of the work that they were doing. It gave me peace of mind to know what was happening, and that the work was getting done. Usually the car is opened and closed without the lay man knowing what sort of work has been done. So the fact that they shared the process was huge. After they returned the car I complied with the two week checkup that they suggested. Once again the mechanic did a really good job and there were no issues. I would say that the work and the price were a good value because their work has held up, which means that it is trustworthy.
