I didn't want to give it a star at all but I will never come here again. I wanted to try H&R for the first despite what other people say I wanted to try for myself. Well this location in particular is horrible. As I approached the store all the employees all females were huddled in a circle talking to some guys. When I came in the door one of the employees said Oh God and she started to laugh amongst the crew. My appointment was for 5pm I wasn't taken into a cubicle until 6:45. While I sat in the lobby for almost 2 hours the female employees kept looking at myself and fiancé and shouted out things like "Girl He Going To Take All Her Money , He Going To Take Your Money" than look away and laugh than look at us again. I have never been treated so rude in my life and if this is customer service than I don't want it they need better training and supervision
