Outstanding service, this company is definitely a one stop shop. One call that's all. I called yesterday and received the same day service, within the time span from 1-3 hours. This company don't try to rip you off and care about their customers. I would most definitely refer this company to a friend. I was only charged a $50.00 fee to come by and see what's wrong with my refrigerator and only had to pay for the part and labor. I must truly say this company is the fastest service I could get for my emergency, my refrigerator wasn't working at all and I couldn't get no one to give me an appointment for another two days. I needed my service then and not two days later, Roadrunner provided that service.
