Review content:
I remodeled my master bedroom in my newly purchased home approximately 18 months ago (it was newly purchased at that point!). For a final touch I purchased Bali Cordless Cellular shades for the windows in the room. Well they worked great for a while (18 months) and then something broke inside one of the units. So, I brought it back figuring there would be some kind of warranty, they were over $150 each. I waited for over an hour to get in touch with someone only to be told I needed to talk to someone else. Long story short, I finally spoke to someone about them, left the unit and a copy of my receipt with the gentleman and left. I returned last night (two weeks later) and the shade had just been marked with a work order dated 11/1/07... DON'T BUY SHADES FROM THE HOME DEPOT!!!
