Review content:
I took my car to pepboys because I was tired of dealing with those other individualy owned auto repair shops. It was always "yes we will take care of the problem" and when I would pick my car up, there was always another issue. And being that I am a woman I truely believe that it is easier to go around the bush when dealing with us. So I had heard that taking it to Pepboys would be better service and that almost all their work is guaranteed or some kind of waranty. So I did, I went ahead and took it there. Everyone was very attentive and they sure made me feel comfortable. Although it was going to cost me a large amount, I felt confident that, that was a good move. The car was to be given within a week to two, It took them nearly a month. When I went back, as soon as I drove it off the lot, the problem occured in about 3 blocks away from the shop. I was so devastated. I'm still dealing with them and now, They are not as nice and bearing as they were. Again I am getting the run around.
