I have now been going to my local Pep Boys (F St. in Bakersfield, Ca) for a year. Pep Boys was never my #1 option to go and get my vehicles get maitnance, until a friend of mine recommended it to me. My first experience was in Jan. of 2010 where I met Jack and Joey. Their customer service was EXPLENDID.. Their knowledge, attitude, and proffesionalism was beyond and more than I can ever be thankful. Now, a year has passed by, nothing has changed. They are the reason I will remain a loyal customer. I take 3 vehicles of my own plus I have recommended them to my family and friends..They Love them!!!! I wouldnt be spending my time writting this review if it wasnt true and it came from my heart. Jack and Joey all I can say is, Thank You so much for all your help. See you later.... \r
