I would like to start out by saying save your money, and time go elsewhere for heating/Ac and plumbing service. I paid monthly for my service and was charged a $ 95.00 after they came 3 hrs late for a service call. After the service person finally showed up 3 hours after quoted time, they said the could not fix the system which was not heating up( but did have some heat$ they had me shut off my 3 zones and told me I would have to order very$$$ parts that they would need to order. Once input the zones back on they never checked if they started again and the family room received no heat at all. Their price list of parts ran From 800 - 1400. After they left I tried their emergency number and no one picked up. I was able to late another company Nicholson plumbing in Framingham . Not only did a service tech stay on the phone but the owner of the company came out to service my heating system. The owner was professional courteous and most of all competent. He was able to replace the two valve heads right then and checked all baseboards to make sure the system was working well. Obviously I will be taking my business to the Nicholson plumbing who are honest fairly priced arrive on time and most importantly get the job done. They don't try to seep you parts that are expensive and unnecessary. I would give rodenheiser a negative star if possible. Trust me this is not where you want to go for service. I am still waiting for a call back from Kristen after two weeks to be taken off their payment plan
