I have tried a few different kickboxing classes, but iLoveKickboxing was the best one yet!! In the beginning the instructors walk you through step by step and make sure you are doing everything correctly. They constantly motivate you and push you throughout the entire class. The class is fun and energetic from beginning to end with great music and positive energy from the instructors. The class schedule is flexible for anyone who likes to get up early and get their workout done (certainly not me) or if you like to go later on in the evening. They have plenty of time slots each day. Everyone here is extremely friendly- I am so happy I joined!!
