Not honest at all! Our day stared we waiting outside 15 minutes after the time they're supposed to open then I realized that the girls seating in the Starbucks cafe taking their time to eat were the ones who came and open the door and looked at us without at least saying good morning. I was looking at them at the Starbucks thinking if they worked there and they were looking right at us and saw us waiting there. Very disrespectful and lack of management. After that when the hole bad experience came to the end they tried to charge me $400 and my son had an insurance. So I called the insurance gave the codes and they told that I wasn't suppose to pay anything to them cause they never received any authorization or those codes and they do cover all the job!! Then I realized that these people were trying to take my cash. Not honest at all. I have 4 boys, I ask for the x-rays and left. Now my kids are going to Main Street in Palmetto Bay and they are very happy there.
