On 6/15/2015 my brother and I purchased a monument head stone from this company Danison Monumental Works Inc . At the time everything seemed fine. We paid a prime price for what we bought and expected everything to go fine. I was told that in a couple weeks I would receive a drawing for my approval to sign. After that the head stone would be carved and set in place which would take 3 to 4 months. After a month of not hearing anything about the drawing I called to check on the disposition and make sure my contact information had not been lost.\r

All I was interested in was if there had been some problem and if they needed more information. The lady who answered the phone was VERY arrogant and condescending, as well as argumentative. After listening to her mouth for several minutes I did let her know of my disapproval of her attitude. Why she spoke as she did I have no idea since I was not calling to complain or rush them, just get an update and offer any more information that might be needed. At this point I would not recommend this business. If the rest of the order goes better than this first part I will update this review.\r

An update as of 8/19/2015. I originally gave them a two star but have now lowered it to one star. In my last conversation with the woman I clearly told her where to send information. I have no doubt that out of spite the information was sent to another address. This company is the pits after they take your money, rude, hard to deal with and in my opinion vindictive. I strongly suggest that everyone stay away from this company.
