My sweet 26lb hound kept coming home with nips on her flanks and punctured ears. When I told the owners and asked them to help keep my dog from being beat up, they kept assuring me they would. I stopped believing they had the capacity to protect her after she came home needing emergency surgery to close a gash on her belly--they didn't even call me to pick her up early.
This place used to be quality, but now is a "volume" operation and they overload the watchers and don't put in enough effort when screening the dogs social skills.
