I recently had the unpleasant experience of taking a very difficult certification exam at this H and R block whichwould have been stressful enough but unfortunately was made even more so by the very noisy and inconsiderate employees who insisted on talking and yelling just outside the testing room door despite being asked to please provide the quiet atmosphere that we were entitled too. i guess I should have expected this when I noticed that they had provided a small package of ear plugs in each cubicle. I was forced to wear them as well as cover my ears for most of the time I was taking the exam but this didn't help very much.Is it too much to ask for some common courtesy?
