My procedure by Sono Bello in Woburn, MA was an outstanding experience from start to finish. It began with the staff and my professional and informative consultant, Brittany. She left no areas of concern unaddressed.
The office staff was very warm and welcoming. Ana and Shannah were my nurses and their expertise exceeded my expectations. Dr. Shektman was my surgeon and he made me feel that my comfort level came first. After meeting with him, not only did I feel completely confident in the procedure he was performing, he wanted to be sure all my concerns were addressed. He took the extra time to answer all my questions thoroughly, at my own pace. You don’t find this high quality of bedside manner often, which greatly impressed me.
The procedures performed were a lift by Sono Bello and an upper and lower eyelid lift. The entire staff made this experience very comfortable and painless. Dr. Shektman was reassuring and sensitive to my needs during the procedure and informed me every step of the way. Considering my age of 61, my recovery time and experience was very tolerable. Sono Bello informed me if I had any questions or concerns during this time, to call them. Fortunately, I did not need to.
Since my procedures, I look and feel rejuvenated and my vision has improved. Thank you Sono Bello for all you have done; you surpassed all of my expectations!
