I wrote a review earlier but it never was posted.
Steve from American Home Services came over and gave me what I thought was a good deal for replacement windows so I signed a contract and put down a 650.00 deposit. Within 3 days I decided to go with another company and cancelled the contract. This was mid November 2015 and I was told the money would be refunded within 10 days. it's almost Christmas now and still no refund. I can't get any help from the main office. I call and leave messages but they don't call back. When they do answer the phone it's always someone else will take care of it but they're not there at the moment and will call me back. Nothing happens.
They must have caller Id because now they won't even answer their phones when I call during business hours. This is one of most unprofessional and unethical businesses I've dealt with in a long time. Avoid doing business with this company.
