We have been bringing our vehicles here for a few years now and have always been very happy, until today. There were new employees who did not extend the same customer service that I was used to. As a female bringing my car into be fixed, this experience reminded me as to why I did not like bringing my car in to be fixed. I was treated like a female that they assumed did not know how to handle my car. When I dropped my car off to get fixed I also asked them to check my brakes. The guy helping me then started questioning me as to why I would want my brakes looked at if there is nothing wrong with them. I responded with I know my brakes haven't been checked in awhile and I would like to know how they were. The guy was treating me like that was the dumbest request ever. Then I when I picked my car up, the bill was about $300 more then what I was expecting, so I asked for a break down of the bill. Again, the guy acted insulted, and how dare I question my bill. I was also very disappointed, because I had a $900 dollar bill and I still got charged for an oil change, which whenever I have brought my car in to get fixed, I would never get charged for an oil change, and then was charged for a brake inspection. I am very disappointed the fact that I was nickle and dimed and treated like a female bringing my car into get fixed, and not the loyal customer that I was. I now will be finding a new shop to bring my car.
