If I could assign a negative recommendation I would. Incompetent at service, never sign a maintenance agreement because the company will not stand up to it and perform the needed service. In the end, no customer service but they'll still charge you. They will not honor maintenance contracts and you will end up in litigation. Simply a poor experience. This is a small time operation that deserves to be shut down. In the end, you will end up paying for poor work as incompetent service will lead to bigger problems in your house.
