Review content:
The appraiser is very incompetent. I have had appraisals done before and each time the square footage of the house and number of rooms were the same and also matched what the county had. Now here comes Gregg Haaer who called me can I come now can be there in 45 minutes as I am in the area. I agreed since it would be easier for him and did not want it on the back of his mind I put him out by saying no. Well I spoke with the mortgage company who is the client and they received a reply from him he still feels he cannot count the dining room as a room. Though every other appraiser did, guess the world is wrong and he is right. Avoid this company as he represents total incompetence, I am filing a complaint against him with the State Appraisal Board for incompetency. How professional and competent can he really be if he cannot even get the square footage right, count the number of rooms correctly according to the guidelines of the ACS and cannot even follow the correct guidelines of the VA for a VA appraisal.
