Businiess name:  The Law Office of Matthew Hult

Review content:
Please DO NOT use this lawyer. I engaged Matthew Hult to assist in the renewal of my E-2 Visa. He advised me to submit pages upon pages of documentation for my renewal application; however it turns out he was applying for the wrong renewal. Instead of a Visa renewal, it was an extension to my I-94 entry into the USA. Upon his advice I travelled overseas for business and when I returned he recommended I enter on the Visa-Waiver program. In summary, when I returned I was not able to work as I was on a Visa-Waiver and the Visa he assured me was being delivered to me, turned out to be the extended I-94 (which became void as soon as I left the country). I had to pay for a return airfare to Australia to apply for the Visa properly; costing me thousands of dollars. If Mr Hult had known what he was doing, I could have actually completed the necessary renewal process when I travelled to Australia earlier in the year. Once I confronted him with his error, instead of assisting me with resolving it, he advised he was no longer representing me and I should find someone else. Save your money and find a lawyer with integrity and experience.
