state farm has been my favorite company when it comes to ca insurance. they provide free quotes, and help in customizing the insurance as per the customer needs. the agent that i talked to was very friendly, discussed with me all my options, compared my rate with other companies, and helped me in doing all the paper work. whatelse would you ask for.
