I went under the knife in May 2011 to have a large fibro lipoma removed from my upper spine. Dr. Kramer performed the surgery, and it seemed all was well. It was evident within a couple weeks that there was still a fairly good sized bulge remaining. After waiting for the wound and stitches to heal, and for the swelling to go down, I went back in to see Dr. Kramer about the tumor still present. To my astonishment, all Kramer had to say was that he probably should have had me laying on my stomach for the operation rather than on my side, and therefore he only removed part of the tumor. I was informed my only option was to go back under the knife for a second operation, and would now have to pay double the amount originally paid, all due to the malpractice of the doctor. Even though I returned within less than 90 days, Kramer and staff were unwilling to assist me with out-of-pocket expenses, even after they admitted fault.
