Billy is very personable and polite. He checked the heater in the attic and the condenser outside.There was a part not working good in the condenser and they had it with them. There was no waiting for them to go get it and bring it back.He also checked the thermostat Billy is very thorough in his work. .His trainer over-looked his work and it seemed like she didn't have to help him too much in his work; he did need help with the paper work. The VIP package that I have allows me to receive the part for the condenser at no cost; I also used the $50 gift card from Valentine's day. These are not your typical write-ins.I was very satisfied with the job he and his trainer did. Thank you.....
