Great place to do business the first time I came here fast speedy great customer service.
Until I was a repeat customer.
I was told my window would be ready in 7-10 business days, that's is understandable as a customer service oriented person.
I called exactly 7 days after I dropped off my window I was told the window would be ready for pick up on Thursday and that was the day the glass was due in.
I call on Thursday 9 days after I dropped off my window.
I was told they can't help me the guy is out of town no shipments are due in and nothing will be done until next week.
Excuse me I paid you up front for the work, then i get told it will be ready in a couple of days, then get told it's not ready at all not even scheduled on the books to be completed.
I then get told they will see what they can do.
I get a call from I'm guessing the boss and he said my window is ready and will be sitting outside the shop he can't guarantee it will be there until morning!!!!
Seriously take your money to a different business that appreciates you as a customer.
If my window isn't there I will be filling court papers!
